Cut Fat Loss

Im halfway through loseing the 30lbs my doctor recommened, and I feel great. The only problem is that I’m not losing the weight in the right spots… My "man boobs" are not a huge issue and my wife says I look fine, but I am self consious about it and want get rid of them… any help is great! Thanks…

Just keep at it… your body will get to those fat stores eventually. There is nothing you can do to get your body to burn them sooner or faster. You will lose fat distribution in the same order you gained it.

my boyfriend is not even fat at all!! hes really really muscular and cut he plays football heck
his whole body is muscles!
but he kind of has lil man boobs..why?!!? this makes me upset!!

if their soft than it’s fat if it’s not than they are muscle’s most guys get their he probably take’s alot of protein !!

Is the an exercise that specifically gets rid of man boobs, i mean its bad enough having to suck in a belly, but you can’t suck in man boobs, they’re just gross and annoying, please note that I am 14 and therefor cannot get surgery, hence the reason I am asking for an exercise. Thank you.

I am 14 and im 5′11 and weigh about 180 – 190 and i have man boobs i’m not sure what to do, i work out everyday. I do push ups, sit ups, Jump Rope and other things but i just dont seem to loose weight, can someone please help me?
