Cut Fat Loss

Yes I know everyone is going to say excersize and eat healthy first off I barely eat at all because i have an unusually small appetite and I walk and lift weights and do pushups and stuff any suggestions and if you are suggesting pills Im just letting you know i am 12 years old in case that makes a diffrence thank you
Ps. When I say soon I mean really soon my class is going swimming but it will look akward if i dont take my shirt off plus this one girl at school knows that i have man boobs and told everyone and now everyone is teasing me so please help me thank you

well it’s really hard to gain muscle until you mature. Wait until you go through puberty and those baby fat man boobs should disappear completely. Until then, dieting and normal exercise should work fine, and continue with pushups.

I have man boobs and i would like to know how to reduce the size of them. I play three sports and do alot of bench press and push ups, but its seems to never work

are they big cuz smaller ones I find hot!

I can never find a good shirt where the boobs aren’t hanging out when I shop! Though some prefer them because of self consciousness, I just can’t stand wearing something like that. If it’s cut too low at the top or too short at the bottom, I hate wearing it. Can someone please help me find something so I don’t have to resort to the men’s department!

I never have that problem. Maybe cause im an A cup though.
I shop at Tillys, Pacsun, Hot topic, and Sears mostly. And they always seem to have shirts that are good at showing you off in the right way, and longer shirts too.
