good better best. … good better best. that yogurt is good. better would be real raw fruit that satisfies so much better than dead processed…even yogurt. besides the vision board you might get a card and write down WHY you wanna lose weight. carry it with you everywhere. look at it often. if i can do this you can !! im at 470one more thing…make your goals for one day…not for the year. just think if i can get thru this day eating real food…tomorrow will take care of itself.
When I was a kid I … When I was a kid I had one wall covered in magazine pictures from surfing and skateboarding magazines and another wall was covered in bodybuilding pictures. It definitely influenced my thoughts and actions on a daily basis.
Don’t be afraid to cover your whole wall if that’s what it takes.
Food is fuel. Keep your eye on the prize. Long term gratification far exceeds short gratification.
Every day you’re getting stronger in every way. Maybe we have setbacks, but we are still stronger.
