what the average age for a guy to go through puberty and can puberty cause man boobs?
hi i am 13 and i was just wondering can going through puberty cause man boobs?
I exercise every day 15 minutes treadmill and lift weights
is it just my age?
or what

So dont worry 
Also a friend of mine always goes on about how he used to have tits, but he’s almost 17 now and has a VERY manly and muscular chest. 
He grew out of it and so will you

if anything , puberty will eventually get rid of that excess "baby" fat
so just keep working out

The onset of puberty usually starts around the age of 12 or 13 and can continue to you are as old as 21.
It is common for the breasts to swell some, they may even be tender at times during puberty but this usually goes away by the time your 14-15 or so.

Puberty will not end for you until at least age 21. Man boobs are usually caused due to not eating properly & laziness. People that gorge on junk food, fast food & sugary sweet soda’s & don’t eat any vegetables & suck on soda’s & sit at computer’s, in front of TV’s or video games & rarely exercise except to walk from the sofa to the refrigerator & back are the one’s most likely to get man boobs.
