How can i reduce the size of my man boobs?
I have man boobs and i would like to know how to reduce the size of them. I play three sports and do alot of bench press and push ups, but its seems to never work
are they big cuz smaller ones I find hot!

you might just be like that, does your father have it or uncles? try talking to your doctor, my husband does and he is really cut. Might be genetics or just overgrowth, be glad they are not actual boobs though.

Have a physical as soon as possible, a male cousin found out he had tumors and died .. guys can get breast cancer too.

benching will make them bigger. run a lot to get less body fat. but if u can flex em theyre not man boobs theyre muscle.

even though it seems like you work out quite a bit..you eat probably just as much and more..
cut down on your food intake a bit and maybe then they will disapear with time..
if not you can always get surgery to get them reduced..

If you’re generally overweight, then first you need to lose the weight and you will see a reduction in your chest as well, since you cannot "spot-reduce." Make sure to do a lot of weights/strength training to tighten them up and not only cardio to prevent further sagging. However, if you have lost weight and the chest area is big due to the remaining loose skin, then you may either try doing lots of weight to tighten them up, or get a reduction through a surgical procedure – many men have had it done. Sometimes there is extra skin that cannot be reduced or tightened no matter how much working out you do, and that’s when the only option is surgery. If you bench press for example because you build muscle under the fat it could make them look bigger. Also remember you cannot get rid of fat in one section of the body, it is lost evenly. Get an exercise routine and dont eat junk. Dont go on a diet though.

do different type of pushups and stuff. i take it by man boobs you mean they are fat… so ya just do different types of lifts that work the chest to lose the fat and gain muscel.

Do you know what your body fat % is? If you are quite lean everywhere else except in your chest your hormones maybe out of wack. Chest fat is an estrogenic fat which is predominately seen on women. Both men and women have estrogen as well as testosterone but everyone differs on the the percentage of each. If you have a slightly higher estrogen level this could be a reason why you have excess chest fat. Your best bet would be to google a body building forum and ask questions there. I know of a product that works well on estrogenic fat cells. I have seen results and heard of many success stories while using this product. You have to work out while using it. It’s not a miracle product but if your eating and work out schedule are tight then this will help a ton. You could try and talk to your doctor about getting your hormone level tested… the levels maybe with in range.. which I am assuming they will be but that could be a first step. Don’t be fooled into thinking weight training is going to take care of this on it’s own.. you need to do cardio to lower your body fat %. Try super setting all your sets while lifting. This is an amazing cardio work out as well. 12-10-8-6, 12-12
